Job Description
A demand generation marketing professional responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns to generate leads, support sales growth, and drive regional business development for Samsara's IoT solutions in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, orchestrate, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generate prospects and advance opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, solutions marketing, and events teams to execute campaigns like webinars, email nurtures, content syndication, and direct mail.
- Forecast, measure, and optimize the impact and ROI of demand generation activities on sales pipeline and revenue.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and incorporate them into campaign playbooks.
- Build and activate campaigns across channels such as webinars, email, content marketing, and direct mail.
- Convert new activities into sustainable, evergreen programs.
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns to maximize regional impact.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate campaign performance and insights effectively.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in marketing including experience in demand generation.
- Fluent in English with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience using analytics to identify the impact and effectiveness of demand-generation marketing programs.
- Experience managing channels like webinars, direct mail, content syndication, or email.
- Highly collaborative with a strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally.
- Ability to prioritize amidst many moving pieces and complete high-quality and on-deadline tasks.
- Strong technical skills with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Relevant experience creating content for emails, blogs, webinars, or web pages.
- Self-starter: a highly motivated professional who requires minimal supervision and shows initiative with ideas that support marketing strategy and goals.
- Passion for experimentation, measurement, and optimization to drive ROI continuously.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess, prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve across multiple projects.
- Experience creating content such as landing pages, email, etc.
- A good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer journeys.
- Experience with Contentful, ON24, Zoom Webinars, Sendoso or Reachdesk.
