Job Description
Samsara is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support revenue growth by analyzing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves tracking key data capture efforts, reporting on data impact, and identifying risks to growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally with leaders from operations, sales, and marketing teams on priority projects
- Track and analyze the impact of key data capture efforts across all markets and segments globally
- Report on the shape of data
- Support quarterly business activities and development of executive materials, memos, business reviews, and presentations
- Identify risks to growth goals and develop action plans to mitigate those risks
- Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in analytical roles e.g., Consulting, Business Operations, Sales Operations, etc.
- Fluency with Sales Operations practices and tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Deep comfort with data tools e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, BigQuery and/or willingness to expand skill set to tackle new problems.
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects on a tight deadline.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in either PST or EST Hours, adjusting for daylight savings time observed in the United States as needed.
