Job Description

Samsara is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support revenue growth by analyzing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves tracking key data capture efforts, reporting on data impact, and identifying risks to growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally with leaders from operations, sales, and marketing teams on priority projects
  • Track and analyze the impact of key data capture efforts across all markets and segments globally
  • Report on the shape of data
  • Support quarterly business activities and development of executive materials, memos, business reviews, and presentations
  • Identify risks to growth goals and develop action plans to mitigate those risks
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in analytical roles e.g., Consulting, Business Operations, Sales Operations, etc.
  • Fluency with Sales Operations practices and tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Deep comfort with data tools e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, BigQuery and/or willingness to expand skill set to tackle new problems.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects on a tight deadline.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in either PST or EST Hours, adjusting for daylight savings time observed in the United States as needed.
