Job Description
This role involves managing and improving the refund and rebate processes within the Order to Cash team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely processing of returns and payments to support efficient operations and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve the efficiency of the refund and rebate processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AR, AP, Sales Operations, and Order Operations
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely processing of all returns
- Prioritize return requests and communicate delays or issues
- Provide weekly reporting on the status of returns
- Manage the rebate process, including reviewing documents, working with customers, and queuing payments for the AP team
- Address questions from internal teams and customers while adhering to SLAs
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in the Returns process
- Support ad hoc projects related to the Order to Cash team
- Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of the Accounts Receivable process
- 1-3 years of experience in an Operations role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask and reprioritize on the fly
