Job Description
This role involves managing customer renewals and ensuring a positive customer experience by building processes, improving automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the adoption and ongoing success of Samsara's IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own the auto-renewal process for customer accounts to ensure seamless service continuation
- Organize, prioritize, and improve renewal processes to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience
- Communicate patterns and collaborate with Renewal Leadership on process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, account management, sales operations, or other customer-facing positions
- High level of interest in the IoT space
- Excitement around growing a sales career
- Motivated to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
- Comfortable in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects end-to-end
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
