Job Description
The Enterprise Regional Sales Manager at Samsara will lead and support a team of Account Executives in Mexico, focusing on driving sales and developing relationships within various industries. This role involves coaching, hiring, and fostering a high-performing team while ensuring customer success and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach a team of 7 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews.
- Hire new account executives and provide onboarding and ongoing coaching.
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects.
- Create content for ongoing training and development.
- Support account executives through professional development plans.
- Provide clear and tactical feedback to account executives.
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of selling experience.
- At least 2 years of managing sales teams that handle complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers, multiple products, and extended time-frames.
- Must have experience working with 150K USD ACV deals as an individual contributor or a manager.
- Ability to manage C-level and senior level relationships within large companies.
- Must have a strong track record of overachievement to quota.
- Position requires frequent travel within the Mexican territory for customer visits and key industry events.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish and comfortable with public speaking.
- Proficient in utilizing tools such as SFDC and Clari.
