Job Description
The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting to build diverse, high-performing teams across various functions at Samsara, supporting the company's growth in digital transformation of physical operations through strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and fostering an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various teams and roles.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate interview processes.
- Create and execute closing strategies, including offer extension and negotiation.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring processes.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Advise on structured and inclusive interview practices to promote diversity.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and update hiring managers regularly.
- Promote and embody the company's cultural principles and values.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Mexico and legally authorized to work in the country.
- Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Proven strategic sourcing skills.
- Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities.
- Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism both internally and externally.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to bring up others around you.
- Previous tech experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
