Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for various teams and roles.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate interview processes.
Create and execute closing strategies, including offer extension and negotiation.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring processes.
Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Advise on structured and inclusive interview practices to promote diversity.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and update hiring managers regularly.
Promote and embody the company's cultural principles and values.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Must be based in Mexico and legally authorized to work in the country.
Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Proven strategic sourcing skills.
Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities.
Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism both internally and externally.
Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to bring up others around you.
Previous tech experience preferred.
Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
