Job Description
The role involves supporting the employee lifecycle and HR processes as part of the People Operations team, focusing on employee support, data management, process improvement, and ensuring a positive workplace experience in a remote, fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial support to employees for HR inquiries and requests via Workday and Zendesk
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes
- Assist in performing data, compliance, and process audits within HR systems
- Document processes, create how-to guides, and develop training materials for HR procedures
- Partner with People Technology to test, audit, and maintain data integrity and suggest system enhancements
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase HR department efficiency
- Embed and promote company cultural principles within HR practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience within an HR People team for a fast-growing, global company.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws, maintaining and auditing.
- Knowledge in processing actions within HRIS, preferably Workday.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service presence, and organizational skills.
- Must be fluent in written and verbal English.
- Experience with Google Suite.
- HR reporting and analytics experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional relationships and partnering closely with groups such as Employee Relations, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, or Legal.
