Job Description

The Payment Analyst is responsible for processing and applying customer payment transactions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate application of payments to invoices. This role requires expertise in payment processing systems and involves daily review and investigation of unapplied payments.

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and investigate unapplied payments daily
  • Add Stripe payout batches into Netsuite and ensure accuracy of application to invoices
  • Apply Partner bulk payments to customer accounts appropriately
  • Complete vendor ACH requests and verify customer payment setup requirements
  • Complete manual payments in accordance with SOX procedures
  • Answer customer queries regarding payments and application issues
  • Respond to payment disputes
  • Complete customer payment refunds
  • Coordinate with IF Sales to verify customer payments for Open Opportunities in SFDC

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 6 months in Accounts Receivable
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
