A strategic Partner Manager role focused on launching and scaling partnerships with insurance carriers and brokers to drive revenue, improve safety, and reduce risk through Samsara's IoT and telematics solutions, primarily in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Launch, scale, and optimize partnerships with insurance carriers and brokers to drive mutual growth.
Build scalable programs that influence customer acquisition, retention, and loss cost improvement.
Develop and execute initiatives that help insurance partners increase revenue, lower risk, and enhance customer value.
Requirements
Strong sales, partnerships, or business development experience, with a strong track record of overachievement.
Strong partnership channel management experience, ideally within a B2B technology or insurance-related field.
A builder mentality; you thrive in ambiguous environments and know how to create structure, process, and scale.
Exceptional relationship management skills, with experience engaging stakeholders from the C-suite to front-line sales teams.
A strategic and data-driven mindset, using insights to optimize programs and drive revenue.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working in or with insurance carriers, brokers, or related financial services.
Consulting experience, ideally working with insurance companies.
Fluency in an additional European language such as German, French, or Dutch.
