Job Description
The role involves leading and managing the Order-to-Cash operations, including cash application, invoicing, and billing support, to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient financial processes while driving process improvements and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Cash Application, Invoicing, and L2 Billing Support teams.
- Establish a long-term vision for scalable Order-to-Cash operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and system improvements across OTC workflows.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Support, and Product teams to optimize customer billing experiences and internal processes.
- Own KPIs and SLAs related to billing accuracy, invoice timeliness, cash application turnaround, and billing support resolution.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Billing, or Shared Services.
- 3 to 5 years managing multi-function operational teams.
- Deep understanding of cash application, invoicing, and billing support processes in a SaaS, hardware, or subscription business.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience owning operational KPIs and reporting.
- Proven ability to lead change, streamline processes, and implement scalable systems.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with NetSuite and ticketing systems Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience implementing or using Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) automation platforms such as HighRadius, Growfin, Tesorio, etc.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle.
- Understanding of SAT Mexican tax authority regulations.
