Job Description
This role involves managing IT support services, hardware asset management, vendor relationships, and optimizing IT operations to support the company's global teams and infrastructure, primarily through remote work within Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of various IT Support Services projects
- Manage IT hardware ordering and inventory forecasting
- Analyze and optimize laptop management processes for scalability
- Develop relationships with global IT vendors to support offices
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and plan IT projects
- Manage SaaS vendor relationships and optimize tooling for renewals
- Monitor and improve IT operations financials, performance metrics, and SLAs
- Develop and refine business processes related to IT operations
- Promote and embody company cultural principles focused on customer success, long-term building, growth, inclusivity, and teamwork
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical or project management capacity, working in an IT organization owning hardware asset management.
- Excellent analytical, financial budgeting skills.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or similar tool.
- Must reside in Canada.
- Experience working with Workplace and Real Estate Finance and Procurement teams.
- Experience with global supply chains and international vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and work across multi-functional organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.
- Strong data management skills including Google Sheets, Excel, Splunk, etc.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Flexible problem solver who can adapt in a dynamic environment.
