Job Description
The Account Development Manager at Samsara leads and develops a high-performing sales team focused on inbound prospecting and customer relationship building within the IoT-enabled physical operations industry, driving revenue growth and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and lead a team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs).
- Coach ADRs to improve prospecting skills and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement processes and systematic approaches for team management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize pipeline and revenue creation.
- Build and sustain a high-performance team culture aligned with company values.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a track record of success.
- Deep familiarity with prospecting processes.
- Familiarity with prospecting tech stack e.g. Salesloft, Salesforce, Gong.
- Strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Previous experience as an Account Development Representative (ADR) and/or Account Executive (AE) in a SaaS company is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team.
- Ability to hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.
- This position is based in London and requires working in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the London office and 3 days remote; relocation assistance will not be provided.
- Legal right to work in the specified work location is required.
