Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst at Samsara will provide operational support to the Enterprise sales organization, focusing on account management, sales process enforcement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sales effectiveness in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive operational support to the sales organization
- Solve time-sensitive sales pain points
- Own enforcement of sales processes and policies
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support sales deals
- Help administer sales tools, including Salesforce
Requirements
- 1 year of previous Sales Support, or equivalent, experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent speaking, reading, writing in both English and Spanish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and organize multiple priorities at once.
- Comfortable working under time pressure and in ambiguous situations.
- Can quickly adapt to changes in the workplace environment.
- Fast-learner who is eager to tackle tasks independently, using available resources before seeking guidance.
