Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst at Samsara will provide operational support to the Enterprise sales organization, focusing on account management, sales process enforcement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sales effectiveness in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the sales organization
  • Solve time-sensitive sales pain points
  • Own enforcement of sales processes and policies
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support sales deals
  • Help administer sales tools, including Salesforce

Requirements

  • 1 year of previous Sales Support, or equivalent, experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluent speaking, reading, writing in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and organize multiple priorities at once.
  • Comfortable working under time pressure and in ambiguous situations.
  • Can quickly adapt to changes in the workplace environment.
  • Fast-learner who is eager to tackle tasks independently, using available resources before seeking guidance.
