Job Description
The Account Development Representative at Samsara is responsible for generating leads, building demand, and supporting the company's go-to-market strategy through prospecting and engaging with potential customers, with opportunities for career growth in SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for leads and identify potential enterprise accounts.
- Map and research target accounts to build demand for products.
- Make 30-50 cold calls daily to prospective customers.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs.
- Collaborate with sales team members to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to make 30-50 cold calls a day.
- At least 1 year of sales experience and/or sales prospecting ability.
- Must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with your teammates and in your selling process.

Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range of $64,260 to $73,440 USD depending on city of residence
