Job Description
The role involves engaging with major Canadian clients to help them achieve sustainability, safety, and efficiency goals through Samsara's IoT solutions. The position requires a senior SaaS sales professional who is bilingual in French and English, with a proven track record in managing complex sales processes and building relationships with enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting, qualification and trial to close
- Leverage Samsara’s Business Value, Customer Success Management and Leadership teams to close large complex opportunities
- Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and receive leads from the account development team
- Target Eastern Canada’s French Fluent customers
- Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles
Requirements
- 5 years experience in a senior SaaS sales role selling into the Canadian Enterprise sector
- Bilingual French and English fluency required
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- Experience handling and owning large complex deals
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing, high-growth tech environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High comfort closing transactions of over 100k ACV in size
- Experience with building out a new territory and acquiring new high value target accounts
