Job Description
This role involves managing the deployment and adoption of Samsara's IoT solutions for large enterprise customers across various industries, ensuring they achieve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability through effective customer success strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability through IoT platform deployment
- Manage deployment of Samsara technology for large-scale customers to achieve quick value realization
- Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage
- Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrate technology to various user levels
- Work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Understand and explain Samsara platform capabilities to diverse customers
- Support and support technical product implementations and customer issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Customer Success, Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Senior Account Management, or Strategic Consulting role.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong spoken and written language skills for working with multiple teams and publishing documentation.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users of software.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
- Candidate must be based in Mexico.
- Strong bias for action, ability to think big, and insistence on high standards.
- Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS.
- Thrives in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment.
