Job Description
This role involves selling Samsara's IoT solutions to small to medium-sized customers, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, and building long-term relationships to help improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability across various industries.
Responsibilities
- •Own customer engagements from prospecting to closing sales.
- •Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- •Target small to medium-sized accounts with 11-30 vehicles.
- •Handle high-volume transactional sales processes.
- •Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term success.
Requirements
- •Minimum of 1 year of experience in a closing sales role.
- •Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
- •Experience selling in the commercial space with small to medium deal sizes.
- •Experience with high-volume cold calling.
- •Experience in fast-paced, transactional sales environments with high volume demands.
- •Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with teammates and in the selling process.
- •Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
