Job Description
This role involves selling IoT solutions to small and medium-sized customers remotely, focusing on building relationships, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and helping industries improve safety, efficiency, and operations through sensor data and connected technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements from prospecting to closing sales.
- Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Target small to medium-sized accounts with 11-30 vehicles.
- Handle high-volume transactional sales processes.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers to foster trust.
- Learn and understand the businesses and industries of customers to tailor sales approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a closing sales role.
- Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
- Experience selling in the commercial space with small to medium deal sizes.
- Experience with high-volume cold calling.
- Experience in fast-paced, transactional sales environments with high volume demands.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with teammates and in the selling process.
- Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce) or similar CRM tools.
