Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Analyst to maintain positive relationships between our company and its employees.
Requirements
- Two to Five years of experience in an employee relations or workplace investigation environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Union experience preferred
- Certified as SPHR or PHR preferred
