You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin's work including but not limited to:
Rising junior or rising senior status preferred
Construction Management or Construction Engineering
Engineering disciplines (Architectural, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Construction, etc.)
BIM (Building Information Modeling)
Estimating & Preconstruction
Procurement & Supply Chain
Previous construction internship experience is a plus
Interest in applying technical knowledge to real-world projects and challenges
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other industry-related technologies
Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
