Job Description
Rondo is accelerating industry’s transition to lower-cost, zero-carbon heat and power.
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Approximately 4–8 years (P3) or 7–12 years (P4) of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Supplier Development.
- Experience working with electrical or electromechanical components in industrial, energy, automotive, automation, or heavy manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for electrical assemblies including cable harnesses, control panels, switchgear, sensors, power electronics, or similar products.
- Experience leading supplier audits and driving supplier performance improvements.
- Excellent root cause analysis and corrective action skills using methodologies such as 8D, A3, 5 Why, or Fishbone.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and supply chain organizations.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Excellent English skills
