Job Description
The Founder in Residence (FIR) role at Roadrunner Venture Studios involves building a new company focused on advanced energy solutions, such as synthetic fuels and long-duration energy storage, over a full-time, six-month residency. Candidates are expected to pitch a viable business concept within this period, leveraging their entrepreneurial expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch a viable company concept to Roadrunner within the first six months of the residency
- Build a new company focused on Advanced Energy
- Leverage expertise in synthetic fuels, next-gen power electronics, geothermal, and long duration energy storage
Requirements
- Expertise in Advanced Energy, namely synthetic fuels, next-gen power electronics, geothermal and/or long duration energy storage.
- Proven track record of launching successful startups.
- Full-time availability for a 6-month residency focused on company building.
- Ability to pitch a viable company concept to Roadrunner within the first six months of the residency.
