Job Description
The Turkey Country Lead at Results for Development (R4D) will guide research on health system design and planning in Turkey, conducting key informant interviews and supporting literature reviews to identify best practices and recommendations for sustainable health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- •Review overall scope and objectives, and familiarize with the developed typology.
- •Apply the typology of health system design and planning processes to guide data collection and analysis.
- •Provide inputs to finalize the key informant interview guide and identify key informants.
- •Lead key informant interviews and develop concise summaries capturing key themes and insights.
- •Contribute to the development of a shared understanding of key findings across data sources.
- •Source relevant global evidence and best practices.
- •Review and provide feedback on final deliverables.
Requirements
- •10 years relevant work experience in leading and implementing health-related research and policy reform initiatives, including national-level health system design and planning.
- •Demonstrated experience including consultancies working in the international health sector in collaboration with senior executive-level government representatives and donors, including in limited-resource environments.
- •Experience in providing technical assistance in health system strengthening and planning.
- •Demonstrated fluency in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- •Professional fluency in English.
