At RES, we don’t just manage projects—we transform landscapes, protect ecosystems, and solve regulatory puzzles.

You’ll start your day checking in with your team—maybe it’s your internal design staff, subcontractors in the field, or regional leadership about a regulatory development. Next up: a contract negotiation with a key client, where your understanding of scope, risk, and value sets the tone for long-term success. You might spend your afternoon working on a project recovery plan or running a working session with PMs across the region to align on technical performance improvements. By the end of the day, you’ll probably review financial reports, prep for a go/no-go evaluation, or contribute to a proposal for a major new opportunity.
Lead with clarity and confidence, even when the stakes are high.
Know how to motivate and mentor teams across disciplines and geographies.
Communicate with purpose—whether you're briefing executives, coaching a junior PM, or negotiating with regulators.
Anticipate obstacles and solve problems before they become issues.
Think both strategically and tactically—keeping the big picture in mind while executing with discipline.
Take accountability seriously—for the work, the people, and the outcomes.
Care deeply about building resilient environments and resilient teams
