A Landscape Architect at RES leads and supports ecological restoration and land development projects by combining technical expertise with creative design to transform landscapes, meet environmental goals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the design, planning, and execution of ecological restoration and land development projects
Prepare site plans, drawings, specifications, and develop construction documents
Inspect project sites to ensure work compliance and provide input during construction
Prepare cost estimates, contribute to proposals, and support marketing efforts
Coordinate with design professionals, clients, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
Contribute to construction projects and other assignments leveraging landscape architecture expertise
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
Licensed Landscape Architect or completion of LARE
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
Strong knowledge of grading, site engineering, and cost estimating
Ability to prepare construction documents, technical reports, and proposals
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for project needs
