Requirements
Please note that we also work outside come rain or come shine, and are exposed to insects including ticks and mosquitoes, or poisonous plants such as poison ivy. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is needed.
High School Diploma or GED
4+ years of ecological restoration experience
Valid Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (in relevant categories)
S130/190 Prescribed Burn Certification (as required by region)
Experience operating and training others on large trucks, trailers, UTVs, sprayers, skid steers, and more
Proficiency with GPS mapping systems and restoration reporting tools
Experience leading crews across multiple sites and task types
Familiarity with project plans, specs, QA/QC procedures, and contractor oversight
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and mapping/takeoff software
