Job Description
Plans, controls and directs activities of the field sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit target and to develop maximum potential sales from all markets for the company’s products.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
- Reports to the Sales Director, China
- Formulates and recommends policies and objectives to ensure most effective operation of field sales activities.
- Contributes to the development of achievable sales targets based on forecasted market trends and customer analysis.
- Advises and consults senior management of current development and trends, including customer reaction and distribution channels.
- Work with the senior management team to identify and deliver on strategic objectives and ensuring their proper execution within an allocated budget.
- Clear plan to develop business cross whole county via selected business model or national key accounts, conducting weekly business development review.
- Build up strong East China sales team. Develop sales team.Clear business development plan for each individual in the region.
- Implement closely with management package like weekly action plan, monthly report to manage and drive sales individual to achieve the targets.
- Other arrangements assigned by managers.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 12 years of relevant working experience. Post graduate training in Sales or Marketing Management.
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering holder with at least 15 years of relevant working experience and post graduate qualification in Sales & Marketing.
- Outgoing personality, with proven good track record in managing a progressive sales team.
- Positive outlook with excellent negotiation and communication skills .
- Experienced in generators business and team management skills.
- Have the capability to coordinate across whole country and all function for the assigned tasks.
