Location : Onsite/Kenosha, WI
The Quality and EHS Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the safety, environmental, quality, and continuous improvement objectives of the eFRAME manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs while also leading quality assurance initiatives related to incoming materials, nonconformance management, process improvement, and manufacturing quality systems.
The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure a safe workplace, maintain regulatory compliance, improve product quality, reduce waste, and drive operational excellence through Lean manufacturing principles.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or a related technical discipline
5-8 years of experience in manufacturing Quality Engineering, EHS, or a combination of both.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance requirements, manufacturing quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools within a manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting heavy manufacturing, fabrication, welding, assembly, or industrial equipment environments, including supplier quality, incoming inspection, and new product launch or plant startup activities.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 management systems, internal auditing, and EHS management software such as Gensuite.
Professional certifications such as CQE, CQA, ASQ CMQ/OE, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

The Salary range for this position is $89,800.00-$114,100.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
