Mechanical Engineer

Lead and coordinate mechanical engineering and drafting resources across multiple EPC projects. • Prepare and review mechanical designs, specifications and technical documentation. • Support tender development through design input, estimating and technical evaluation activities. • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. • Manage procurement activities for mechanical equipment and materials. • Support construction, commissioning and testing activities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Coach, mentor and support the professional development of engineering and drafting personnel.

Bachelor of Engineering qualification. • Experience delivering mechanical engineering solutions within EPC, industrial or energy infrastructure environments. • Proven ability to coordinate projects and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams. • Strong knowledge of mechanical design, procurement, construction and commissioning processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving, organisational and project management skills. • CPEng, NER or RPEQ qualifications will be highly regarded.
