Job Description
The Senior Technical Sourcer at Redwood Materials is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for various technical roles by developing search strategies, conducting industry research, and building relationships with passive candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement search strategies to build candidate pipelines for multiple roles and teams.
- Conduct industry research to target and source top talent around the world.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to determine position requirements.
- Source and generate candidates through various creative sourcing techniques and channels.
- Build relationships with passive candidates to create a pipeline of high potential talent.
- Complete pre-screen phone interviews with candidates and identify those to move forward.
- Manage and guide candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a great candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5 years of technical sourcing experience in a rapid growth setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or similar preferred
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings
- Experience with tactical research and building sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates
- Demonstrated ability to source highly technical roles, preferably in an engineering discipline
- Ability to effectively approach and screen passive candidates
- Experience building trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- A passion for sustainability
