Job Description
The Senior Technical Recruiter at Redwood Materials is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth, while developing innovative recruiting strategies and processes to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and hire top talent
- Create innovative, scalable solutions to drive hiring
- Provide internal visibility of progress toward hiring targets
- Develop interview processes aligned with company culture
- Collaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs
- Research and learn new technology roles
- Architect creative sourcing strategies for specialized roles
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners
- Manage the recruiting process from candidate contact to offer
- Support team goals through collaboration with other recruiters
- Engage in active sourcing for critical positions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or similar preferred
- 5 years technical recruiting experience in a rapid growth setting
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience hiring highly specialized roles and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
- Dedication to identifying top talent and providing extraordinary client service
- Exceptional and effective partnership across broad audiences of internal and external partners
- Experience working with funnel data and using it to guide hiring decisions
- A passion for sustainability
