Job Description
The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of the corporate and manufacturing network infrastructures at Redwood Materials, ensuring network performance and security while supporting business operations.
Responsibilities
- •Participate in design, implementation and administration of routing, switching, LAN WAN architectures, Wi-Fi, and firewall policies
- •Support Corporate and Manufacturing OT operations both local and remote
- •Coordinate with construction design trades
- •Partner with cross functional teams to implement solutions for business needs
- •Maintain detailed design documents, system architecture diagrams and standard operating procedures
- •Implement interface systems such as DMZs, firewalls, VPNs, and Layer 3 switches
- •Provide break fix support for network related issues
- •Participate in an on-call support rotation
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- •Experience supporting industrial environments
- •Strong experience in management of routing, switching and tunneling protocols, scalable redundant infrastructure, and maintaining up-time
- •Experience with Palo Alto Networks, Juniper Networks, Cisco, Aruba, or similar hardware
- •Participation in an on-call support rotation
