Requirements
Experience in chemical, mining, refining, cement, energy, or heavy industrial environments
Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), RCA methodologies, and predictive maintenance programs
Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Supervisory or lead coordination experience during outages or shutdowns
