Job Description
The Senior Compensation Partner will support the Total Rewards team by providing expertise in compensation programs, conducting data analysis to drive decision-making, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective compensation strategies within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders as a compensation subject matter expert.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR partners.
- Derive insights from compensation analytics to drive decision making.
- Analyze internal and external data to assess compensation program efficacy.
- Identify trends and recommend changes to the compensation program.
- Build models to understand the financial impact of compensation programs.
- Support the administration of annual merit and equity refresh awards.
- Create excel-based workbooks for compensation planning.
- Prepare summaries for approval from Senior Leadership.
- Participate in compensation surveys.
- Conduct ad hoc compensation analysis as needed.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation roles.
- Expert with Excel and HRIS systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field.
