Job Description

The Senior Compensation Partner will support the Total Rewards team by providing expertise in compensation programs, conducting data analysis to drive decision-making, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective compensation strategies within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders as a compensation subject matter expert.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR partners.
  • Derive insights from compensation analytics to drive decision making.
  • Analyze internal and external data to assess compensation program efficacy.
  • Identify trends and recommend changes to the compensation program.
  • Build models to understand the financial impact of compensation programs.
  • Support the administration of annual merit and equity refresh awards.
  • Create excel-based workbooks for compensation planning.
  • Prepare summaries for approval from Senior Leadership.
  • Participate in compensation surveys.
  • Conduct ad hoc compensation analysis as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation roles.
  • Expert with Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field.
