Job Description
The IT OT Support Technician at Redwood Materials will provide technical support for end-user devices and software, manage troubleshooting and documentation processes, and assist employees across multiple facilities, including remote and international locations.
Responsibilities
- •Provide support for end-user devices, software, accounts, and workflows
- •Manage enterprise endpoint support for laptops and desktops
- •Support manufacturing equipment including SCADA devices and HMIs
- •Provision, maintain, and support various operating systems and devices
- •Troubleshoot, document, and resolve support issues
- •Escalate trouble tickets to other support teams
- •Utilize the IT Knowledge Base to promote best practices
- •Lead enterprise projects involving IT and new technology implementations
- •Configure IT services using technologies like Active Directory and Group Policies
Requirements
- •1 year of experience in an enterprise IT Support related role.
- •Experience supporting Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), label printers, scanners, and other process support equipment.
- •Proficiency in IT Desktop Support, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- •Ability to provide support for end-user devices, software, accounts, and workflows.
- •Experience with Enterprise endpoint support including laptop and desktop management.
- •Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) devices.
- •Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) process development support.
- •Ability to thoroughly troubleshoot, document, and resolve support issues and processes.
- •Ability to utilize the IT helpdesk ticketing system for issue intake, documentation, and escalation.
- •Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
- •Ability to configure and define IT services utilizing technologies like Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft Entra, and mobile device management.
