Job Description
The Director of Marketing will drive the narrative, go-to-market strategy, and digital footprint across all business lines and will lead the small team responsible for executing it.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B product marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team or function
- Deep experience in technical product storytelling — clean energy, advanced manufacturing, industrial tech, defense tech, or similar domains
- Demonstrated ability to build and own full go-to-market strategy, including campaign execution
- Strong writing skills – can draft an executive brief, a customer-facing one-pager, and a conference keynote outline
- Experience marketing to enterprise procurement/BD audiences, government or policy stakeholders, and engineering talent
- Comfort operating without a large team or big agency support
