Job Description
The Business Operations Finance Associate supports operational assets by managing financial performance, developing business cases, and driving strategic decision-making to ensure operational excellence and financial discipline across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the P L for Operating Assets, ensuring accuracy and transparency
- Develop and maintain business cases for operational initiatives and expansion
- Partner with site leaders to align operational performance with financial targets
- Drive monthly and quarterly financial reporting, analyzing performance and identifying risks and opportunities
- Build financial models and dashboards to forecast performance and evaluate investments
- Support strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business operations processes and financial controls
- Engage with Production teams to ensure operational and financial alignment
- Lead financial reporting improvements and provide actionable recommendations to manufacturing teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Business Operations experience with experience working with a Manufacturing operation.
- Experience in managing P L ownership, financial reporting, or operational cost control.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for operational excellence and sustainability.
