Cloud Developer

• Develop and implement cloud service delivery models including PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS to support FBI innovation goals. • Lead the migration of legacy on-premises applications to the FBI’s specialized AWS enclaves (SC2S/C2S). • Perform deep-dive debugging and troubleshooting of complex cloud stacks to maintain system performance and uptime. • Implement DevSecOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate security controls and deployment pipelines. • Operate within an Agile SAFe 6.0 framework to deliver iterative software products that meet high availability requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design software products specifically optimized for classified cloud environments.

• Current SAFe for Architects (ARCH) certification. • Experience working with the FBI’s Secret Cloud on Premise (SCOP) infrastructure. • Expertise in performing cost-benefit analyses and optimization for cloud-agnostic services. • Advanced knowledge of automated security orchestration and compliance-as-code. • Experience with high-availability architecture design for national security missions.
