Job Description
The role involves leading efforts to ensure that Intelligence Community systems comply with legal and policy requirements under FISA and EO 12333, translating complex legal frameworks into technical solutions and guiding system design and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure IC systems and workflows comply with legal, policy, and compliance requirements under FISA and EO 12333.
- Translate complex legal and compliance frameworks into technical requirements for system design, development, and operations.
- Lead efforts to align intelligence community systems with applicable authorities and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Experience as an authorities and compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the ability to lead efforts ensuring Intelligence Community (IC) systems and workflows are fully aligned with legal, policy, and compliance requirements under FISA and EO 12333 authorities.
- Ability to translate complex legal and compliance frameworks into actionable technical requirements to guide system design, development, and operational execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in legal, policy, and compliance requirements related to intelligence and national security authorities, specifically FISA and EO 12333.
