Job Description
The Technology Project Manager at Reactivate is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to improve and scale the company's technology platforms through project management, system integration, and process optimization, supporting the company's renewable energy initiatives and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and implement technology improvements
- Capture and manage functional requirements for new projects and software enhancements
- Integrate new systems and applications into business operations
- Provide status updates and recommendations to senior leadership on technology initiatives
- Define project scope, develop plans, and manage timelines
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and oversee testing and validation
- Use analytics and reporting to measure project success and inform future strategies
- Create user documentation and support technology adoption
- Coordinate user testing and feedback during development cycles
- Support management of Jira workflows for stories, tasks, and bugs
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in technology project management or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and technology infrastructure
- Experience with sprint planning, grooming, and daily SCRUM calls
- Proficiency in Jira for workflow and roadmap management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to be agile, adaptable, collaborative, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment
