Job Description
The Customer Success Manager at Raptor Maps will drive the implementation, adoption, and expansion of software solutions in the solar industry, focusing on customer onboarding, renewals, and relationship building with leading renewable energy firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation, adoption, and expansion of solutions in the solar industry.
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure successful adoption and renewal.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers in the solar PV industry.
- Manage renewals and growth across customer accounts.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success management or a related field within the solar PV industry.
- Proven track record of driving renewals and growth across customers.
- Ability to oversee critical aspects of onboarding and ensure successful adoption and renewal of solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers in the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability over role and success in the team.
- Ability to communicate transparently and effectively with team members and customers.
- A sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
