Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, related area or equivalent professional experience
Fifteen or more years’ experience in facilities management, Data Center management, corporate/military engineering, or other related field
Five or more years’ people management experience, with experience in managing team "virtually" preferred
Strong knowledge of related regulations and laws and general knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, maintenance, environmental codes & safety codes (OSHA, EPA, DOT, ADA, and NFPA)
Working knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and project management
Experience having P&L responsibility, budgeting and financial model development
US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
Masters Degree (MBA, MPA, or Masters in Engineering or Construction Management or related field) or 20+ years related work experience and/or training

The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Virginia, is:
$259,781.93 - 397,275.84
