Key Responsibilities
- Support Technology, Procurement, and Legal teams through business, procurement, and legal processes using enterprise systems.
- Review, modify, and approve service orders and Master Service Agreements to ensure alignment with legal, procurement, and business requirements.
- Assist Category Sourcing with the execution of service agreements, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and support strong compliance standards.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing management of telecommunications suppliers.
- Serve as a data steward for procurement and inventory data, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and usable for analysis.
- Conduct research and analysis using relevant systems to translate raw data into actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and research related to vendor contractual commitments, and service-level agreement enforcement.
- Support supplier savings tracking, business updates, vendor audits, reporting, and special projects.
- Partner with Accounts Payable, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues in a timely manner.
- Help employees understand procurement processes, system usage, policies, and approval workflows.
- Serve as a liaison between the Technology and Procurement organizations to improve coordination and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Two or more years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, account management, supplier management, or another role requiring strong relationship building and stakeholder support.
- Experience with or understanding of telecommunications providers, networks, and products.
