Job Description
The Technical Services Engineer Representative at Pure Storage will troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues across various product lines, utilizing their technical expertise and collaboration skills. The role involves managing support cases, performing hardware and software upgrades, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues across all severity levels
- Proactively seek to understand customer expectations
- Provide all customer facing communications
- Share and document knowledge via FAQ KB articles
- Manage multiple projects and support cases simultaneously
- Champion customer issues internally and represent the company externally
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing and/or technical support work.
- Must be willing to work the following shift: Weekend shift Fri - Mon 6am-5pm MT.
- Experience with customer service and/or exceptional interpersonal skills.
- General technical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative.
- Willing to work collaboratively and be an active team player.
- Desire to learn, grow, and seek continuous improvement.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Annual base salary range of $63,000.00 - $95,000.00
