The Supply Chain Manager Factory Leader, Reverse Logistics is responsible for managing the global lifecycle of returned products, optimizing the reverse supply chain, and collaborating across teams to enhance asset recovery, sustainability, and operational efficiency in a high-tech hardware environment.
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate end-to-end return flows and RMA workflows to reduce turnaround time and maximize recovery yield
Collaborate with 3PLs and repair vendors to design and scale refurbishment and remanufacturing processes
Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to reduce costs and improve visibility
Scale reuse programs and ensure processes meet global trade and environmental regulations for responsible product disposition
Partner with IT and Logistics teams to develop and refine returns portals and tracking tools for real-time data visibility
Requirements
Comprehensive experience managing complex reverse logistics networks, including repair operations, returns management, or service parts logistics within a high-tech hardware environment.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from conception to execution, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and align diverse teams toward shared KPIs.
Mastery of supply chain systems such as ERP and WMS and data analytics to measure program health, identify trends, and drive data-backed operational decisions.
The ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, combined with a deep understanding of remanufacturing processes and global compliance standards.
Work from the Newark, CA factory in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
