Job Description
The Sr. Security Risk Analyst at Pure Storage will be responsible for managing security risks by collaborating with engineering teams, maintaining risk registers, performing risk assessments, and driving a culture of security awareness within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and document security risks on product releases.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to identify technical security risks.
- Maintain the risk register and collaborate with risk owners on remediation plans.
- Perform risk assessments on new and existing third parties.
- Create and publish reports to show the risk posture of the business and product groups.
- Promote a culture of security and risk awareness within the organization.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the risk management process.
Requirements
- Must have 8 years of proven Risk Management experience.
- Expertise in risk assessment determination required.
- Expertise in generating meaningful reports to highlight risks required.
- Expertise with risk identification in solution architecture and design required.
- Good understanding of Security standards ISO 31000 and NIST CSF required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent is required.
- Customer-focused, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally required.
- Executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.

Annual base salary range: $158,000.00 - $238,000.00
