Job Description
The Sr. Change Management Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of change management strategies within the Customer Experience department, ensuring effective implementation of organizational changes while maximizing stakeholder engagement and minimizing resistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the change management strategy.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Drive execution of change management plans and facilitate sessions.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear updates for stakeholders.
- Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and analyze feedback.
- Facilitate communication within PEAK's Learning Experience Platform.
- Create and maintain a communication change management calendar.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to leaders and teams during the change process.
- Manage risk and ensure appropriate communication occurs.
- Create and maintain a change management champion network.
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Change Management trained and certified.
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience driving, supporting, and implementing an entire organization’s operations and driving outcomes aligned to the goals and objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical and business problems into easy to understand communications and presentations.
- Superb facilitation skills to effectively communicate and command audiences.
