Job Description
The Sourcing Manager at Pure Storage will develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and enhance product quality while collaborating with various business units. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and leveraging data analytics to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance and reduce costs.
- •Manage relationships with key global suppliers through Supplier Relationship Management.
- •Build and maintain relationships with preferred suppliers to improve performance.
- •Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs and feedback.
- •Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to minimize risk.
- •Leverage data analytics to monitor sourcing metrics and track cost savings.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- •2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related supply chain function.
- •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
