Job Description
The Partner Enablement Learning Solutions Architect designs and develops technical and sales training programs to enhance partner performance and revenue generation in the data storage industry, leveraging instructional design and innovative learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design global learning roadmaps and frameworks for product and solution launches
- Translate technical expertise into measurable learning objectives and development blueprints
- Implement standardized content taxonomy and modular structures to accelerate enablement material creation
- Evaluate and integrate emerging instructional technologies to enhance learning impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with business outcomes and partner competency requirements
Requirements
- Deep domain expertise with strong working knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, particularly modern data management, storage, cloud, virtualization, and subscription-based service models.
- Demonstrated success in structuring raw technical information into detailed instructional design documents and clear specifications that guide content development teams.
- Proven ability to architect and design complex, outcome-focused learning programs for a high-tech, global indirect sales and technical partner audience.
- Highly developed collaboration and communication skills, effectively building consensus and driving content strategy across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing organizations.
- Ability to translate technical expertise into actionable learning, including leading complex discovery sessions with SMEs to extract core technical and sales concepts, and developing measurable learning objectives and development blueprints for various partner personas such as Sales, SEs, Consultants, and MSPs.
- Experience in designing and implementing global learning roadmaps, end-to-end frameworks, and learning journeys for major product and solution launches, ensuring content pathways align with critical business outcomes and partner competency requirements.
- Ability to implement standardized content taxonomy, modular structures, and delivery formats to accelerate creation and localization of enablement materials, increasing partners' technical and sales readiness.
- Experience in evaluating and integrating emerging instructional technologies, such as AI-assisted content structuring, scenario-based learning, and hands-on lab experiences, to enhance learning impact and engagement.
- Proficiency in working from an office environment in Prague, in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
