Key Responsibilities
The Product and Engineering team in the Cloud Native Business Unit is looking to bring on a Senior Technical Program Manager to join a team of TPMs focused on driving complex and cross-cutting initiatives and programs to meet our top objectives and key results to delight our customers.
You will take charge using your technical leadership and program management skills to drive execution with high quality for these key initiatives.
You will be responsible for establishing best practices, collaborating across multiple business units and managing dependencies and deliverables for multiple programs.
You will be working with a global team of software engineers who develop new features and capabilities with a rapid rate of change.
You will be responsible for driving multiple parallel product releases in a fast pace environment.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) leading product delivery teams for enterprise commercial software organizations
MS in computer science, MBA or engineering management equivalent preferred.
Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience delivering enterprise commercial software releases in a dynamic environment
Proven ability for this release TPM to develop and use Agentic AI in their day-to-day job.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical, cross-functional groups.
Advanced understanding and extensive use of Jira Cloud in software development program management and release management
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Big picture thinker providing clarity on what we are trying to accomplish, understanding of the business objectives and driving the outcome for the program
Capabilities to identify and recommend process changes that would enable faster time to market while driving organization consistency and efficiency.
Solid knowledge of end-to-end SDLC best practices
Experience in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, including investigation, design, planning, execution and delivering products to market on schedule, and addressing customer feedback in development. Solid knowledge of end-to-end SDLC best practices
Drive content, schedule and overall delivery of the program and set it up for success in the field and customer base for overall Go-To-Market readiness and New Product Introduction
Recognize when trade-offs and timely decisions are needed; drive the necessary discussions to conclusion and drive accountability for delivery and ensure that the objectives of the program are met
Use your solid project and technical skills and judgment to build credibility with technical leaders and demonstrate the ability to influence multiple functions across the organization
Strong team and customer focus.
Take ownership of the product experience, product quality and associated health metrics
Set goals for the program, track and periodically communicate to stakeholders as well as executive leadership
Ensure corrective actions and risk mitigations are in place as needed to keep programs and releases on track
Be the single point person for delivery decisions, exec and cross team communication and working with various functional groups to deliver the program
Optimize team processes to improve quality, productivity, and responsiveness to feedback and changing priorities along with setting up the program for success in the field
Highly collaborative; overcome obstacles by resolving issues, regardless of team boundaries, and identify and resolve teamwork issues.
